ENDLESS at the Fiorucci x ENDLESS collaboration hosted by D'Stassi Art.
OUR MISSION
"Our core mission is to find, develop and expose a handful of talented and innovative artists for a usually overlooked yet exciting contemporary audience."
Since the brand's inception in 2017, D'Stassi Art has established a unique platform for the world's most inspiring emerging talent. In the traditionally exclusive art world, D'Stassi Art looks to discover, encourage and help introduce clients to works of art based purely on how passionate we are about them. The gallery has helped to introduce a variety of the art world's clientele to important contemporary artists through immersive and inclusive events.
D'Stassi Art's main goal is to be as open and transparent as possible with a clear purpose to diversify contemporary art audiences. In its reluctance to simply follow the traditional gallery formula, D'Stassi Art is quickly becoming a key player in a world where art doesn't have to be experienced in an elitist, sterile and often silent white-walled room. The gallery and its staff act as storytellers: primarily introducing clients to the story of some of the world's most gifted artists.

D'Stassi Art present Richard Hambleton at The Groucho Club, London.
OUR FOUNDERS
"WE ARE BOTH FROM VERY DIFFERENT BACKGROUNDS. HOWEVER, OUR STRENGTHS COME FROM THESE PARTICULAR DIFFERENCES, OFFERING KEY KNOWLEDGE SPANNING A VARIETY OF FIELDS."
The art world has always been an exclusive, walled garden as D'Stassi art founders Michael Howes and Edward Sanders have witnessed. As young gallery directors they were, and still are, exceptionally set on improving the accessibility and progression of the art world.
The duo was recently entered into a residency with fashion powerhouse Fiorucci, connecting incredible artists with a very active fanbase - a synthesis that may not have happened otherwise. The last artists to have worked with Fiorucci include Keith Haring and LA2.
In the last year, the gallery has hosted more than 5 exhibitions, including stand-out shows and collaborations from Al Diaz, Endless, Daze, Crash and the late great Richard Hambleton. Today, creative director Edward Sanders tries to push the boundaries of how a gallery should operate, putting his focus on making sure as many people can experience artists and their works through connecting with brands and cultures that fit and complement their visions.

Originally, Diaz cut his teeth on the New York subway aged 12 - tagging trains as ‘Bomb-One’. The Importance of Editions
The contemporary art market is soaring, with some of the world’s best investments to be found on the walls of prominent collectors. August 5, 2019 The contemporary art market is soaring, with some of the world’s best investments to be found on the walls of prominent collectors. Given the economic turbulence of the last twenty years, art has remained a stable market - seeing gains where others have dipped. Unlike typical financial investments, art also has intrinsic aesthetic value; allowing the collector to own something that they enjoy without forgoing the fiscal benefit. Despite the fact that potential buyers encounter art almost every day, the first step into curating a collection can be daunting; with countless mediums, styles and artists to choose from, how does one know where to start? The second barrier to entry is cost, with first-time buyers reluctant to invest large sums in a market that they have no experience of. -

Forbes - The Art Market Is Beating The Stock Market
Barden Prisant March 27, 2020 I turned to the most objective data available: auction prices. As publicly-reported sales between knowledgeable and willing buyers and sellers, they are not unlike stock trades. I then developed the equivalent of a Dow Jones Industrial Average for art. As the Dow includes blue chip companies, this art index needed equivalently blue chip artists. To represent Modern art, I chose Picasso; for Contemporary, Warhol. For 21st C. artists, I needed to create a basket including Banksy, Yayoi Kusama, KAWS, and Damien Hirst. -
